The cause of suffering is not : Karma, Chance, Or your Zodiac signs,

1. We have turned our backs on God, the one who is greater than everything.
He made the Universe; He lives forever; He is full of kindness and mercy, God loves us. He wants us to have a better quality life & He wants to have a closer relationship with us.

2. We all follow our own self-centered desires. many people give honour to and depend on things which man-made things like idols, instead of giving honour to, and obeying our creator. Some people try to depend on the power of evil spirits.

When we leave God out of our life , we become self-centered. This leads to selfishness, jealousy, anger, stealing, telling lies, hurting others physically and emotionally, adultery, broken relationships, immorality, addictions, hatred, exploiting and oppressing others.

Due to the destructive nature of sin, God must destroy sin, even though He loves the sinner. That is why the punishment for sin is death and eternal separation from God - [i.e.] - Hell.

So, how can you be reunited with God?

1. Depend on God's grace :
Grace means receiving something we don't deserve. None of us deserve to be forgiven and accepted by God. But he showed His love and Grace, when he sent his son, Jesus, to take the punishment for our sins by dying on our cross.

Two thieves were executed on crosses at the same time as Jesus. One mocked Jesus and died a bitter death, carrying his own sin and it's consequences. The other thief - admitted his own sin, recognized that Jesus has authority to enter Heaven, asked Jesus to accept him, was accepted by Jesus and did not have to suffer the consequences of His sin.

That thief had no goodness that made him deserve to be accepted by God. It was because of God's grace that he was accepted. Jesus takes our sin on Himself, so we can be free from the bondage, guilt and punishment for sin.

2. Repent :
Like the thief on the cross, you must :
A. Admit to yourself and to God, that you are a sinner. You have not honoured and obeyed God as you should.
B. Be willing to turn your back on your old self-centered way of life.
C. Change your direction. Turn around and follow God and his ways.

3. Trust in Jesus :
A. Jesus Christ is God revealing himself in human form. He showed his power over : Disease and Death -- Nature -- Demonic Powers. He taught with divine knowledge and wisdom.
B. He showed His love by sacrificing Himself on the cross, breaking the barrier of sin. He is the only way to be reunited with God.
C. he rose again from the dead, giving us the guarantee that he can give us eternal life after death.

There is more to life..

Anyone who follows Jesus will still face difficulties in the form of temptations, ridicule and even opposition. But don't be discouraged. Jesus can give you peace and strength to overcome anxiety and difficulties and you will have the assurance of sin sforgiven and eternal life.

A suggested prayer for you to ask God to accept you :

" God, Please have mercy and forgive our sins. I want to turn away from my sinful, self-centered ways. I want to trust in Jesus as my saviour and Lord of my life. I want to follow and obey Jesus by the power of your Holy spirit in my life. I ask in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
